When you reserve a table via the website, we collect the information you provide: full name, phone number, reservation date and time, party size, and optional notes.

We do NOT collect email addresses, card payment data, or home addresses. Payment happens on-site at the venue after your visit.

Reservation data is used solely to confirm your booking via phone/Zalo within 15 minutes, prepare your table at the venue, and send reminders when needed.

We do NOT send unsolicited marketing messages, newsletters, or promotional texts.

Reservation data is stored across these infrastructure services: Google Workspace (Gmail + Google Sheets) for operations, Telegram for real-time team notifications, Vercel for website hosting.

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

The KHU 13 website uses HTTPS/TLS to encrypt all transmitted data. Reservation data is secured via Google Workspace security (2FA, role-based access).

Only KHU 13 operations staff have access — no other party can read your data.

Under Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to: request a copy of your data, request corrections, request permanent deletion.

The website may use essential cookies (language, session). Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights may be deployed to measure website performance — anonymized data only.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling does not affect reservation functionality.
