Using khu13saigon.com and the venue services constitutes reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms together with the Privacy Policy.

We may update terms over time — new versions apply from the date posted on this page.

KHU 13 is an underground nightclub serving guests aged 18 and above. Security may check ID (ID card/passport) at the door to verify age.

Guests under 18 will be refused entry with no refund. We are not liable for false age declarations made during booking.

Reservations are completely free, no deposit required. Payment is made on-site at the venue after service.

Tables are held until 21:30 on the booking night. If you will arrive later, please notify via hotline/Zalo to extend the hold.

Change or cancel: free if notified before 18:00 same day via Zalo 0866 433 754 or hotline.

KHU 13 dress code: stylish — dynamic. Not strictly formal, but no slippers, no short shorts, and no tank tops for men.

Security may refuse entry for non-compliance — no refund of any pre-ordered set.

Guests must maintain polite conduct, avoid disruptive behavior, no illegal substances, no filming/photographing staff or other guests without consent.

Security may ask guests to leave for any behavior that disturbs others — no refund. Serious incidents will be reported to authorities.

All brand name "KHU 13", the seal logo, the tagline "Friday 13 — Underground Saigon", images and content on the website are the exclusive property of KHU 13.

Any copying, redistribution for commercial purposes requires our written consent.

KHU 13 is not liable for personal property loss inside the venue. Guests are responsible for valuable items. Security + parking attendants assist within reasonable scope.
